$25 Late Registration Fee added to all registrations after January 31, 2012 
Guaranteed registration ends February 14, 2012.

FEES: Cost covers team equipment, uniforms, field maintenance / preparation fees, and insurance costs.  Individual players shall provide their own footwear and glove and associated supplemental attire.  A $35 return check fee for non-sufficient funds applies. 

REFUND POLICY:  Refunds less a $40 administrative fee will be granted until February 14.  After February 14, NO REFUNDS will be granted.

 


Multiple Child Discount:
If you have more than one child playing baseball/softball you will receive $10 off each additional child's registration after the first. This will automatically be taken off at checkout if you register online. Children must be from the same household.

  1. I, the undersigned, desire for my child to play Baseball/Softball during the 2012 season.  I understand that my child’s participation in HAYAA activities involves risks and dangers of serious and permanent bodily injury, including the possibility of death.  I hereby release, hold harmless, discharge and agrees not to hold HAYAA, its clubs, teams, directors, officers, employees, coaches, officials and owners/lesser of premises responsible for any injuries that may be incurred during games, practices, transportation, lodging or related social and recreational activities.  In the event of an injury, I am willing for my child to receive first aid treatment.
  2. I understand that my child’s participation in this sport is a privilege and not a right.  I understand that participation is conditional and shall continue only upon proper conduct of my child and all other family members at all practices and games.  Improper conduct is that which the individual sport’s operating board or the HAYAA executive board for any reason deems unreasonable or not beneficial to the team, coaches or community.  Any falsification of any of the above information may constitute grounds for dismissal from HAYAA activities for the remainder of the season.
  3. I understand that pictures, without names or identifying information, of those participating in public HAYAA events may be posted on the HAYAA website.
